I have global precipitation data in net cdf format. I want to extract data districtwise . Can any one tell how to extract that using matlab. I am new with matlab.

I have global ppt data and I want to extract data from net cdf file. Is it possible to extract districtwise data with the time series. Can anyone provide syntex using with matlab.
