How could I use loops in 3D grid?

I have a 126966-by-3 matrix in which the first column refers to Easting, the second refers to Northing and the last one is for depths (oceanic environment). I need a method that creates a loop That returns the littlest depth in each of the 0.2x0.2x0.2 cm^3 cubes of the loop .
