When you ask a question like this, how to solve... you need to explain, solve for what?
That is, what is unknown? What values are known? What are you hoping to compute here? Without that information, there is no possibility to ever help you. Is there a reason why you want to make it more difficult to get help when you ask a question? Of course not. So make it easy for someone to help you.

MATLAB has a few functions to compute numerical and symbolic integrals, e.g.: integral(), int(), or writing your own code using trapezoidal, mid-point, etc., methods
See doc1
See doc2
% Symbolic integration
syms t a b
h(t) = sin(3*t);
H = int(h(t))
H =
G = int(h(t), [a, b])
G =
% Numerical integral
h1 = @(t)sin(3*t)
h1 = function_handle with value:
@(t)sin(3*t)
H1 = integral(h1, 0, pi)
H1 = 0.6667
