Colormap editor no longer works on heatmaps/clustergrams in R2015b

Just installed R2015b and the colormap editor no longer works on clustergram/heatmaps? i.e. when I I create an image, then click edit->colormap, and manually adjust the ranges or color scheme, it does not apply the changes to the image. Help? This worked fin on previous versions (2013b was my latest).
