The noise histogram come deffrent as I expected

Hello

I have this Image and I want to detect the kind of noise effected on.

I see that is seem to be Salt & pepper noise, so I filterd out by Median filter, and it came with a good result.

But when I geneate the histogram of the noised image it seem not a salt and pepper.. I don't know why.

can any one tell me if it is salt & pepper noise or not?

It could be that your salt and pepper noise pixels were so few that they were not noticeable in the min and max bins of your histogram.
