How to Fourier Phase scramble whole coloured images?

Hi. I need to Fourier phase scramble a list og coloured JPG images, but every time I try (using the FFT function), it leaves a mess. It creates some coloured ones, some black ones, etc. All the images, though, are very similar in visual features and are the exact same luminance and size. Please, help!
