You can sim command to run your model. To run multiple time, use command in loop or call it multiple times.

thank you very much. It is really helpful. But can u also tell me, suppose in model i am using X_Y graph and in m-file i am running model many a times and getting this x-y graph, now how to hold the previous graph in x-y graph itself or in figure window and compare the results of each simulations

X_Y graph window will display the result of latest simulation.Results from earlier simulations will disappear. You can save the simulation results from each simulation in base workspace and compare them as you want.
