how to extract the Body Surface Context feature from the depth video?

i am working on human action recognition. i have tried other feature extraction methods for classification but it gives low accuracy."Body Surface Context: A New Robust Feature for Action Recognition from Depth Videos" in this paper they used 3D features so please anyone share me that BSC code.
