Simulating a Markov chain

Hi,

I would like to simulate a markov chain in Matlab with initial vector of [0.7 0.3 0.5] and [4 2 5] and probability transition matrix of 3 x 3 with 100 steps. I woule like to have the code to do so since I fail to modify the others code
