Good Afternoon,
Does someone has any ideas on how to rotate n images by its middle point (red line) into a cylindrical 3D image respecting the fact that we can choose the degrees between each image and somehow represent that every image has 400µm thickness ?
Please do not hesitate to contact me for further details.
I thank you in advance for your help and time.

Each slice of the 3D image can be obtained by using 2D scattered interpolation of the radial samples formed by the 2D images.. Using scatteredInterpolant (not griddata) you can more efficeintly repeat the resampling in every slice.
