c=[0 0 0 0];
a=[1 0 1 0];
b=[0 1 1 0];
c = (a==0)&(b==1)
c = 1×4 logical array
0 1 0 0
%simplified
c = (~a)&b
c = 1×4 logical array
0 1 0 0
