Hi all!
I have a list of Latitude coordinates,
LAT = [85.6494200000000 85.6510100000000 85.6525200000000 85.6539900000000 85.6554000000000 85.6567700000000
85.6581100000000 85.6593800000000 85.6606300000000 85.6618700000000 85.6631100000000 85.6643700000000 85.6656700000000

85.6886400000000 85.6899100000000 85.6911500000000];
and a list of longitude coordinates,
LON = [125.496810000000 125.477850000000 125.459710000000 125.442220000000 125.425140000000 125.408300000000
125.391110000000 125.373610000000 125.354860000000 125.334610000000 125.313290000000 125.291040000000 125.267750000000
125.243540000000 125.218690000000 125.193170000000 125.166710000000 125.139900000000 125.113540000000 125.087610000000
125.062750000000 125.039550000000 125.017760000000 124.997280000000 124.978000000000 124.959800000000 124.942560000000
124.926030000000 124.910060000000 124.894060000000];
Can anyone help me writing a code that plots the moving locations of the tracer in a polar stereographic map?

The distances between the points you have are extremely small compared to the surface area of the earth -
LAT = [85.6494200000000 85.6510100000000 85.6525200000000 85.6539900000000 85.6554000000000 85.6567700000000 ...

With Antarctic Mapping Tools, use plotps. Use plotpsn in the Arctic Mapping toolbox for northern hemisphere.
