how to run a vhdl code on FPGa using EDA Simulator Link

deAR SIR I m trying to simulate a code using simulink. The test bench is successfully generated on matlab 2011a. While putting it on Fpga (Spartran 3-XS400)and while running given steps in the help, I am getting this error. kindly guide for same

The co-simulation is done using an EDA simulator (like Xilinx ISE), not on the FPGA. Please ensure that you have already set up the MATLAB environment to work with Xilinx, as described here: Set MATLAB Environment for FPGA Automation.
