how do I download a license file?

I need to download the license file, except it seems its no longer available under the license manager. Has it moved and where can I find it?

It is unlikely that it has moved. It looks like that MATLAB Central account is not associated with any license.

It was just the blank page from there on, I contacted my IT. They seem to have removed the ability to download licenses for some reason. Thank you
