matlab is disconnecting and shows to restart again

matlab continuesly showing that session is experiencing interruptions due to poor internet connection or inactivity and it automatically get restarted.

I also do not have these preferences and i am suffering this problem (connection via cable to router, very stable and does it almost immediatly when running code).
