I am trying to implement the paper "CONTROL OF AN UNCERTAIN THREE-TANK SYSTEM VIA ON-LINE PARAMETER IDENTIFICATION" by Cedric Join, Hebertt Sira-Ramırez and Michel Fliess. So please help in implementing it.
