How to model an electronic component (ex an op-amp). Can I add parameters to existing (built in)blocks??

I am currently working on Model based design. I want to model a Electronic device (Component).

Take an example of operational amplifier.

I want to analyse the variation its of output with respect to the variation in temperature.

How to do it, rather where should i start.

The device can be made with simple mathematical expression, for example if you want to get Vout from a simple ideal inverting amplifier you can use the aproximation:

Vout=-Vin*Rf/Rin

In this can you just need an input source, for example a sinusoidal wave, the product block and a constant block (Rf/Ri).

For more complex simulations you just need the mathematical expressions that you can found in many textbooks.
