Toolbox Installation Problem

I'm trying to install MATLAB plus 9 other toolboxes/packages (yes, we bought licenses for all of these), but only MATLAB and 5 of the toolboxes show up in the selection window. Are theses selections dependent on the file installation key? Do we have the wrong file installation key? Or is there something else that may be wrong?
