I am currently doing a project titled " Digital Twin and Predictive Maintenance of Pneumatic Systems. Therefore, I needed a complete tutorial to develop a digital twin of a pneumatic cylinder and conduct predictive maintenance on it. How and where can I get the tutorial?

Dear Pramod,
I understand that you are new to digital twin concept. Creating a digital twin of a pneumatic cylinder and implementing predictive maintenance involves a detailed process that can be quite complex.
A digital twin is a virtual model or digital replica of a physical asset, process, or system that simulates its current state and predicts future performance. These models use physics-based or statistical approaches and incorporate real-time asset data for accurate tuning.
To get started with the digital twin concept, I recommend watching the following video that explains what a digital twin is and how it functions within MATLAB:
You can refer to the below documentation for more information on digital twins and their role in predictive maintenance:

Hello, do you think this project requires a physical model of the pneumatic system to proceed?

@ASMA zibouche I think that having a physical model of the pneumatic system is helpful for validation and testing the simulate environmnet results, aslo helpful in real-world dynamics aspects of developing a digital twin for predictive maintenance.
