I am getting following error in my matlab code.

Unrecognized table variable name 'act_y_ha'.
Error in reg_all (line 20)

The table does not contain a variable/column named "act_y_ha", but you are trying to access it anyway.
What do you expect to happen when you try to access a non-existent table variable/column?

Please have a look on input file attached above. These variables are very much there in input file.

How do you actually import this excel file? Do you do the comma delimited seperation first? As @Stephen23 said, if you do not import the excel correctly, even if you can see them on the excel sheet, Matlab will have no clue.

@Devendra: rather than showing us your (apparently non-working) code, it would be much better if you told us which variables you want in X and which you want in Y, so we can help you to achieve your goal better (e.g. perhaps using PATTERN or similar). E.g. with FEATURES do you want to obtain all of the t* variables?
I had to make a few changes to avoid bugs in your code (e.g. avoiding concatenating uncompatible types):
