How to close the Three-way merge window programmatically ?

Hi,

I've been trying to find a way to Save & Close the Three-Way merge window programmatically (using code in the command window or in a script).

I was able to find documentation on the programmatic use of the tool: https://uk.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/simulinkthreewaymergetool.html

However, it only opens and executes the Three-way merge and I'm unable to find a programmatic way to close it. Is there any way to assign a handle or anything else in order to programmatically save and close the window? Just for clarification, I don't need to solve any conflicts manually (at least not any functional changes), hence, I'm looking to save and close it automatically.
