MATLAB code to segment spleen and kindeys from abdominal image data sets using landmark allocation.

I am working on abdominal organ segmentation. I have gone through a research article "Computer-Aided Kidney Segmentation on Abdominal CT Images" url http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=1573707. There authors has allocated spleen as landmark than segment out the region of kidneys. I just want if somebody provide the MATLAB code for that if possible?
