Comprehensive Battery Management system for Electronic Vehicles

I want to do a electric vehicle battery management system using simulink and simscape. my reuqirements are:

1. To estimate the SOC
2. To estimate the SOH
3. Thermal Management of the Battery Pack
4. To integrate all of these to make system inorder to know the SOC, SOH for given temperature, voltage, current. To maintain the Battery temperature to 25 Celcius.

Can any one please help me how i can do this. some resources needed
