How to create two pop-up in Simulink ?

Hi,I would like to create two pop-up control to set the mask block parameters in a masked subsystem in Simulink and the two pop-ups must be relevanced.For example,if the first pop-up (named COUNTRY) has three choises,like USA,CHINA and JAPAN.The second pop-up named CITY.When COUNTRY is USA,I need the pop-up of CITY just show NY,LA and DE,but when I choose CHINA as the COUNTRY I hope the pop-up of CITY just show BJ,TJ and SH.
