How can I add source files to my build process without manually adding them in the preferences

Hi,

I have successfully created a custom toolchain for a TI device. However, I've been struggling for quite some time now to include source files in a way that I don't have to specify them all manually in the Simulink preferences.

When I try to compile a small program after adding them this way everything works fine. When I look at the makefile that is generated by Simulink I can see the source files that I added manually. Do you know if there is a way to do this automatically, for instance when setting up the toolchain?
