How do I create a rectwin in Frequency domain and and get its time domain signal？

What is rectwin? Do you want to pass (allow) frequencies in a rectangular window in the spectral domain? Is there anything in the spectral domain yet that you want to window ("mask")? Or do you just want to make a rectangular block of 1's in the spectral domain and run ifft() on it?
