How can I passing the variable from MATLAB to C# nearly real-time ?

Hi,

I'm really new in C# and I want to send some variable just like a,b or c or 1,2, or 3 to C#. I only got the answer in convert the data to .m file or other first then send to C#.

But I only need the C# to know that MATLAB receives some sign then C# is tricked to send the data from C# to the controller.
