I want to use keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Shift-X for commenting out my simulink block. But when I press the shortcut commenting out is not working. How to fix that??

Hi Juliano,
A possible reason the shortcut is not working is that the settings might have changed. Here is how to check and reset them:
Ensure that the keyboard settings are set to the “Windows default layout.” This can be checked by navigating to Home Tab >> Preferences >> MATLAB >> Keyboard >> Shortcuts as shown in the below image:
Resetting all shortcuts to their default settings is recommended. This can often resolve issues caused by accidental changes to shortcut configurations. If you have modified keyboard shortcuts and wish to revert to the default settings, click the 'Actions' button and select "Undo Modifications to Windows Default Set (modified)".
I hope this helps!

Hi,
I've got the same issue (on 3 different machines), with 'Windows Default Set' in Keyboard Preferences (never changed, and I think that anyway this setting only applies to Matlab and not Simulink).
The shortcut used to work, now it doesn't (but the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Y for 'commenting through' does work). It is very strange, has anyone had and resolved this problem?
Thanks,
Pawel.

I have the same problem. Neither <ctrl+shift+x> nor <ctrl+shift+y> works for me since 24b. They worked fine on every previous version of Simulink.
