Communication between two and more TI LaunchPad F28069M

1. Is it possible to control and monitore more than one TI F28069 LaunchPad connected to PC from MATLAB/Simulink(for example: to control 4 or 6 drives)?
2. Which communication will be used in this case?
3. Is it possible to update and send desired values(velocity/position/etc) directly from Simulink in "Real-Time"?
