The upload of Polyspace BugFinder results to Polyspace Access regularly (not always) gets stuck for minutes at 95%.
Up to 95% it takes only a few seconds. The data file is less than 5MB, with about 4000 findings (includes defects, guidelines, MISRA).
More than a few times it takes longer than 13min (after which the CI server cancels the task).
What are possible reasons for not completing the upload?

Hi Wolfgang,
I have observed that if the system requirements for Polyspace Access aren’t fully met, especially in terms of memory, CPU, or disk space, the upload process can stall or slow down. There’s a page in the documentation that outlines these requirements:
There is also a staff-authored post on MATLAB Answers that goes into more detail about possible causes for slow or stalled uploads:
According to the post, one possible factor for upload stall is network instability. It also recommends keeping Polyspace Access up to date, as newer versions often include performance improvements.
If the issue keeps recurring and it’s not clear what’s causing it, I’d recommend reaching out to MathWorks Technical Support. They can help investigate better, and the same post includes instructions on how to collect debug logs from the server, if needed.
