Location of Derivative Inputs

In the Simulink error statement "Derivative input 23 of x_SFun' at time 25.7 is Inf or NaN. Stopping simulation.", to what does "Derivative input 23" refer. As far as I know I have no derivative blocks in my model. Knowing where derivative input 23 is, would really be helpful.
