You buy the Home License for the appropriate components for that (I am presuming from the mention of Student Version that no commercial use will be made of the results; if there is a commercial component, you would go to a Professional / Commercial license.)

Can we buy home license for power library because most of the components i am using are power library components. Correct me if i am wrong, i am assuming power library means Matlab Sim Power systems. On top of student version is it possible to buy home license for power library/Sim Power Systems.
Thank You.

It is not possible to mix products across licenses.
I was wrong about using the Home license for the purpose of being able to use more than 1000 blocks: the block limitation applies to the Home license as well.
