Projection conversion MTM Zone 1 Clarke 1866 to Lat/Lon Geographic Clarke 1866

Hi, I would like to know how I can obtain Lat Lon value (on the same ellipsoid) from a x,y,z set of coordinates projected using EPSG:32081 or MTM Zone 1, NAD27. This projection does not seem to be supported by the Mapping Toolbox.
