how to calculate parameters for dc servo motor simulation?

hi, i'm trying to use this model to simulate a real motor (for exsmple S9650 Mini FUTM0260 by Futaba) http://www.mathworks.com/help/sldo/examples/dc-servo-motor-parameter-estimation.html
this simulation model requires 5 parameters : B[N*m*s], J[Kg*m^2], Km ,La[H], Ra[Ohm]. however, the manufacturer gives only 2: Torque [Kg*m] & speed [sec/rad]
how do i calculate the parameters for the simulation from the manufacturer data?

you should contact manufacture or google it to find required data's. not possible to find required data from the available data. bz its depends upon make.
