How I change 'GUI Top-figure(Company logo)' beside GUI Name.

I don't Know accurate name that place above GUI Menubar. Anyway, The figure's position is above GUI Menubar and beside GUI Name. Generally, This figure is Matlab logo.
I'd like to change this figure(Matlab Logo) to diffrent figure.
Wwho someone kone the method or solution, please tell me.
