How to create m_file to simulink block?

If I want control simulink block by code in m_file.How Should I do. Thank you. I'm sorry I'm not good english.

You can use set_param function

I mean I have m-file for control simulink block. I want bring m-file to one block to control simulink block.In m-file has If,else for conditions etc for control block simulink. Thank you.
