PSD for data series

Hi all, I would like to evaluate the Power Spectral Density of a series of measures I have (~12k data), collected every n seconds. I tried to use pmtm() and dspdata (even if not recommended) but I'm not sure about the results I'm getting. Anyone can tell me which is the correct way/tool to solve this problem? As said, I've available the data collected and the sampling time.
