What is the best way of Audio analysis?

I was intending to validate a system that acts as a switch. It has 10 inputs and 10 outputs. I am playing a 3 sec speech file to each input and record it on all different ports.

Now I intend to make a comparison of the recorded sound quality with the original quality.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

But be aware, that there is no unique definition of "sound quality". There is e.g. the "Speech Intelligibility Index" and the older "Articulation Index" and the "factor of clearness (C50)" method to estimate the quality. A web research will give you more methods...
