Unable to run identical point grey flea 3 cameras

Hello there, I am unable to run two identical cameras (point grey flea 3) using imaq toolbox. They can be very well seen with the FLYCapture software which the cameras comes with and even my computer's device manager can identify them as two different cameras. However when I request using imaq functions like imaqhwinfo('winvideo') it only returns one device Id. Can someone help me here please. Thanks tons in advance.

Hi, I'm now facing the same problem like yours. FlyCapture could identify the two cameras I used but when it comes to the image acquisition tool, it only can detect one of them. Did you solve the problem already? I'd like to know how to deal with this problem. Thanks a lot! By the way, I'm using Flea3 USB3.0.
