Error while installing PEAK-System Drivers

Hallo,
I have a problem when I was installing PEAK-System Drivers, after I download installation file. I attached screenshots here. Anybody know what's wrong?

Anybody can help?
BTW, there always problem when downloading or installing support package from internet.
Is that normal?
