Polynomial Eigen Value Problem.

Can anyone let me know how to solve this problem.
A = [a1 a2]; B = [b1 b2]; C = [c1 c2];
(k^2*[A] + k*[B] + C)*x = 0;
where a1,a2,b1,b2,c1,c2 are 5x5 matrices.
Can this be solved using polyeig - How? or Any other solutions?
