How to plot 2D graph of average value with lowest and highest values

I want to plot and average data that also show the highest and lowest values (small lines pass through the dot as the attachment). Thanks

The average, highest, and lowest are just 3 values. How do you want to show them on your plot? Do you just want horizontal lines across all x values at those 3 y values? Do you just want to put a big red spot over those values when they occur? Please explain, in excruciating detail, what "How to plot 2D graph of average value with lowest and highest values" means exactly.

Show some output and data, For making line graph i recommend you to use Excel .
