Simulink suggset to use the time scope instead the scope. But the time scope doesn't have decimation and have sample time. Do I understand right that I must edit sample time of time scope that my model work faster?

You can find some ideas on improving your Simulink performance here: http://undocumentedmatlab.com/blog/improving-simulink-performance
If your model includes Matlab functions, then you might also benefit from improving the Matlab code's performance. My "Accelerating MATLAB Performance" book includes numerous tips on how to do this.
Good luck!

I didn't find the information about influence of time scopes on the perfomance.
