PLOT ORTHOGONAL TWO imagesc with slice

hello, for a seismic image I need plot perpendicular two imagesc graph.
how do I made this with slice ???

For example,
slice(x, y, z, v, [], [3], [0.5])
would draw the planes y=3 and z=0.5

mmmmm... but..
I've a matrix 100x100
How do I plot this matrix vertically and in the same graph perpendicular to itself.
Using slice() for that would not be a good idea.
Instead, create surface objects and set the matrix as the CData property and set the FaceColor property to 'texturemap'

and the Example section of
http://www.mathworks.com/help/techdoc/ref/surface.html
surface object only works when using a single image. I tried it with two surfaces and did not yield results. help pleaes: for example...
image1 = orientation N-S image2 = orientation E-W
