Why I am not able to get dc link voltage as 200? Please help with proper explanation. Kp and Ki values used are based on a calculation.

I am a newbie in control part. Ive tried PI tuning option in simulink(not sure whether its correct), but it was a failure since i was unable to get proper result. If anyone can tune I would be really grateful.
110V line voltage peak and 200V dc link voltage
