Simulation of Equivalent low pass DSB Am signal

I am trying to simulate baseband Amplitude modulated signal into equivalent low pass DSB AM.I already have generated baseband modulkated signal and i dont know how can i continue with it.Can some one help me with it? I am not sure about the difference between equivalent low pass and bandpass signal. Thanx in advance
