sir,I am doing projects on automatically detect tuberculosis.for this I do registration for finding the approximate lung model.I done rigid registration,but i dont have the output as image,here i attached my code.can you find the solution for this

you can give me the suggestion for "what parameters i have to change for getting the correct output. here i attach my full codings. the file name 'reg4' is my main program. when i run this code,i have an output like this
