Trigger buttons from other pop-up menu/button in GUI

Hi,

I want to use a pop-up menu/radio button to trigger other pop-up menu/radio button. For example, if I choose A option in a pop-up menu, a radio button will show up or become brighter and allow the user to choose it. But if I choose B option, the radio button will disappear or become darker and not allow the user to choose it.

The version I'm using is MATLAB R2013b. I wonder if anyone could give me some clues? Thank you very much!

The 'enable' property of a uicontrol is usually used for this. If you really want to you can change the 'visible' property, but this can look odd since it just leaves blank space, but both work the same way with 'On' or 'Off' options, just that the first greys it out, the second hides it completely.
