how to analysize the throughput of a vcg mechanism

hi friends, i have taken vcg mechanism for enhancing my spectral efficiency, this vcg is a simple algorithm in which there is five tickets for a match and 10 competitors for it. cost of ticket is 100 which is fixed . and each 10 competitors whoes bet value greater than ticket price are arranged in descending order and top 5 will be given tickets ,i dont know how to show the increased spectrl efficiency in this case i have simulated the idea via matlabR2010a, pls help me if anyone does this work
