I have matlab 2007b ,I want to use Arduino for my EEG based project. Is there any way I can use this version of matlab with Aurdino.

No. R2011a is the earliest. See http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/32374-legacy-matlab-and-simulink-support-for-arduino
